greenteQ D4-Glue 1C is a PVAc adhesive tested to DIN EN 204 greenteQ D4-Glue 1C is according to the "determination of the adhesive strength of longitudinal joints in a tensile test in the heat" / DIN EN 14257: 2006-09 Adhesives - wood adhesives - determination of tensile shear strength of lap joints in the heat (WATT 91 DIN EN 14257: 2006) tested with a mean of 7.29 N/mm².
 
 Proven features and specifications:
 
 • viscosity of about 5,000 - 6,000 mPa.s
 • water resistance by pressing at higher temperatures (70°C)
 • tress group DIN EN 204 - D4
 • short pressing times
 • one component D4, fast setting
 • improved adhesion on different wood species 
 • no discolouration of the glue line due to the influence of process heat 
 • scantlings gluing
