The greenteQ new building sealing strip with masking edge has a side stop and a masking edge. The side stop is used for precise positioning of the strip on the window frame. It can be broken away if required. The masking edge is self-adhesive and is used to attach a cover film to protect the window from dirt, e.g. splashes of plaster, during plastering work. If necessary, the masking edge can be bent upwards if there is little space available. After completion of the plastering work, it is removed completely by breaking it off.

The greenteQ new building sealing strip with masking edge can be used indoors and outdoors. A specially shaped profile made of rigid PVC with a special double-sided adhesive sealing tape (permissible elongation of the sealing tape > 200%) permanently absorbs the stresses that occur. Disruptive plaster cracks on the window are prevented. In addition, no plaster or mortar residue gets into the expansion space behind the window.
