The lever handle on the outer plate is low. The lever handle on the inner plate is fixed/pivoted and has a spring mechanism. The outer lever handle has lugs on backplates and the fixing is made by means of invisible screw connection which needs a separate set of accessories (3 screws M6, 1 square spindle 8 mm).
