How the greenteQ VARIO 3 tape works:
Where three products were previously required, one is now sufficient, as the greenteQ VARIO 3 tape combines the functions of all three sealing levels thanks to its special structure: On the outside, the greenteQ VARIO 3 tape ensures driving rain resistance with over 600 Pa.
The middle area has a thermal and sound-insulating effect. On the inside, the tape is airtight.

The greenteQ VARIO 3 tape ensures that the joint dries out well (confirmed by ift Rosenheim). According to DIN 4108-3, the EnEV and thermal insulation regulations require that any water that accumulates during the dew period must be released back into the environment during the evaporation period. The greenteQ VARIO 3 tape meets this requirement.

All in all, this saves a lot of working time when sealing windows. In just one step, the tape is glued to the window frame, butt-jointed at the corners and finished. Compared to conventional window installation, the work involved with the greenteQ VARIO 3 tape is reduced to less than ¼ of the time.

Installation can be carried out regardless of the weather, ensuring efficient joint sealing. The green coloring of the airtight inner side of the tape prevents errors during installation.

Installers often encounter enormous joint differences when installing windows. The greenteQ VARIO 3 tape also provides security here, as its strong expansion capacity reliably compensates for irregular joint courses and component movements and prevents the formation of tears. This is why just a few tape dimensions are sufficient for sealing a wide variety of joints. Available in 5-10 mm, 7-15 mm and 10-20 mm for window construction depths of 60 mm, 70 mm, 80 mm, 90 mm and 100 mm.
