The greenteQ standard welded corner connector consists of a base body and a clamping element (tongue). It is used in door frame production as a connecting element for the steel reinforcement in the PVC profile. By using greenteQ standard welded corner connectors, the reinforcement tubes are connected within the PVC profile to form a statically load-bearing frame. The greenteQ welded corner connectors are subjected to regular quality checks after manufacture, both internally on a random basis and externally as part of the Ift certification for quality and dimensions. The partially tapered wall and the reinforced corner areas as well as the wide tongue give the finished door frame additional stability and ensure high torsional rigidity.

Product features:

  • simple installation
  • optimum force transmission to the steel reinforcement thanks to the full-surface contact of the wedges on the base body and tongue
  • high torsional resistance (strength) thanks to the use of greenteQ welded corner connectors in door frame production
  • minimal deformation of the door frame when force is applied
  • high insertion depth, even with mitred steel reinforcement
  • uncomplicated and automatic flush-fitting bracing
