The greenteQ Premium welded corner connector consists of a base body and a clamping element (tongue). It is used in door frame production as a connecting element for the steel reinforcement in the PVC profile. By using greenteQ Premium welded corner connectors, the reinforcement tubes within the PVC profile are connected to form a statically load-bearing frame. The greenteQ welded corner connectors are subject to regular quality checks after production, including random internal measurements and external quality and dimensional checks as part of the Ift certification process. The extra-thick wall thickness and wide tongue give the finished door frame additional stability and ensure optimum torsional rigidity.
